The project addresses the general objectives of the call in many ways:

• It improves the quality of HE in third countries not associated with the Programme and enhances its relevance for the labour market and society;
• It improves the level of competencies, skills and employability potential of students in the third countries not associated with the Programme;
• It encourages twin Green & Digital transition by building alliances within the European continent;
• It fosters innovation in HE approaches to learning and teaching by encouraging dialogue with enterprises;
• It contributes to the exchange of information and visions between educational institutions and the job market;
• It addresses and contributes to tackling actual and future skill mismatches and skill shortages.
